Spotlight on Poland, combining a dynamic conference with an immersive study tour, designed specifically for professionals from both the business and leisure tourism sectors. This initiative highlights Poland’s premier travel destinations while celebrating the nation’s rich culture, heritage, and renowned hospitality on the international stage. In 2026, Spotlight on Poland heads to Poznań and Szczecin. This 5th edition will be very special. It will be organized in cooperation with Polish partners, GDS-Movment, and #Meet4Impact.
Selected Hosted Buyers, meeting owners, and representatives of European and international associations, will first visit Poznań to participate in Spotlight on Poland (June 15–17). They will then continue their visit to Poland with a two-night stay in Szczecin, where they will be special guests at the GDS-Forum and Impact Day (June 17–19).

We are pleased to invite event professionals to apply for the Hosted Buyer Programme at Spotlight on Poland 2026 – a distinctive, high-impact event tailored for international meeting planners, association representatives, and key decision-makers.
Selected Hosted Buyers will:
- Attend the core programme in Poznań (June 15–17, 2026)
- Continue their journey with a hosted stay in Szczecin (June 17–19, 2026) as special guests of the GDS-Forum & Impact Day
Terms & Conditions
- The Organizer – Polish Conference and Congress Association (SKKP) covers all costs listed above. However, in the event of cancellation after travel tickets have been issued, the Hosted Buyer will be invoiced for the incurred travel costs
- Participation requires attendance throughout the entire programme
- Any cancellations or changes must be submitted via email to: biuro@skkp.org.pl
- The Organizer reserves the right to decline applications if demand exceeds available places A waiting list will be created, and selected participants will be notified accordingly
