Poland Convention Bureau – Polish Tourism Organisation: Recommendation Programme for Professional Congress Organisers
The Poland Convention Bureau runs the Recommendation Programme for Professional Congress Organisers (PCOs) – an initiative designed to promote trusted and experienced partners in Poland’s meetings industry.
This programme is dedicated to companies that offer comprehensive congress services in Poland and have the resources, expertise, and qualified staff to organise professional events for a minimum of 250 to 500 participants. These companies must demonstrate proven experience, access to technical infrastructure, and the ability to deliver complex events to international standards.
The Recommendation Programme acts as a quality mark, providing reassurance to international associations, corporate clients, and event planners seeking reliable partners in Poland. Each recommended organiser is carefully assessed based on strict criteria, including service quality, staffing, ethical standards, and operational capacity.
Being part of the programme not only enhances a company’s credibility but also ensures greater visibility in the Poland Convention Bureau’s international promotional efforts. Recommended PCOs are included in official materials, invited to participate in trade shows, B2B networking, and marketing campaigns aimed at the global MICE market.
