Poland at IMEX America 2026 – Exhibitor Recruitment Now Open

The Polish Tourism Organisation invites representatives of Poland’s MICE industry to participate in IMEX America 2026, taking place on 13–15 October 2026 at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.

IMEX America is one of the key events for the global meetings, events and incentive travel industry. The trade show brings together destination management companies, convention bureaux, hotels, conference venues, event organisers, associations, corporations and MICE industry service providers. Poland will showcase its offer at the Polish National Stand organised by the Polish Tourism Organisation.

Participation Rules and Available Places at the Polish National Stand

In 2026, the Polish Tourism Organisation plans to accommodate a maximum of five exhibitors at IMEX America, alongside Poland Convention Bureau POT. The invitation is addressed to organisations representing Poland’s meetings industry offer, particularly convention bureaux, professional congress organisers and destination management companies, congress venues and airlines.

Participation in the Polish National Stand provides an opportunity to promote Poland as an attractive destination for international business events, congresses, conferences, incentive travel programmes and corporate meetings.

The Importance of IMEX America 2026

According to the organiser, IMEX America is the largest trade show for the global meetings, events and incentive travel industry. The 2026 edition will take place at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, with a programme comprising three exhibition days and an additional educational day, Smart Monday.

The organisers indicate that participation in the Las Vegas trade show gives exhibitors the opportunity to meet more than 6,000 buyers and decision-makers from around the world. The event also brings together over 3,700 exhibitors from more than 80 countries and offers more than 300 educational sessions as part of its specialist programme. More than half of the buyers represent agencies, while almost one-third come from corporations.

This makes IMEX America one of the most important platforms for building business relationships, showcasing destinations and generating new leads within the international MICE industry.

Participants in the Polish National Stand will receive a Promotional Trade Show Package covering participation in the stand’s shared area, opportunities to conduct B2B meetings and promotion through communication activities delivered by Poland Convention Bureau POT.
