From 7–9 October 2025, Poland once again showcased its potential at IMEX America 2025 – North America’s largest trade show for the meetings and events industry, held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.
Over three vibrant days, the Polish stand became a hub of inspiring conversations, productive business meetings, and new partnership opportunities. At the expanded stand E1726 – twice the size of last year’s- Poland presented itself as a dynamic and creative MICE destination where professionalism meets authentic hospitality.
Poland. More than you expected
Participation in IMEX America 2025 confirmed Poland’s growing position as one of Europe’s most promising MICE destinations. Thanks to the commitment of our partners, engaging presentations, and meaningful discussions with industry professionals from across the globe, interest in Poland continues to increase year after year.

Alongside the Poland Convention Bureau and the Polish National Tourist Office in Chicago, Poland was proudly represented by:
LOT Polish Airlines, Warsaw Convention Bureau, Mazurkas Travel DMC Poland, Kraków Convention Bureau, ICE Kraków Congress Centre, Bespoke Agency Poland DMC, and Radisson Hotel Group Poland.
Visitors to the stand also had the opportunity to take part in mini-events and meet Tomasz Sobania – an ultramarathon runner and Polish ambassador – whose story of endurance and passion for sport inspired guests to discover Poland as a country where determination and creativity go hand in hand.

Voices of Polish Exhibitors
“IMEX America is behind us, but the relationships and new contacts established during the world’s largest trade show for business tourism in the USA will continue to bring results in the future. For the 12th time, Poland showcased – not only to Americans – its business potential with a strong industry representation, which this year was doubled. Our participation in this event strengthens our position on the American market and consolidates our image among U.S. meeting planners. We can sum it up as a great success, especially since, according to the organisers, as many as 50% of hosted buyers participating in the fair declared an interest in Europe as a destination for meetings. For us, the American market holds enormous potential, as it is the fourth largest national group visiting Poland. Therefore, this moment of interest and attention from planners towards Europe should be seized, and our presence at the trade show should translate into tangible business benefits,” said Paula Fanderowska, Director of the Polish Tourism Organisation’s Office in Chicago.
“Our delegation consisted of seven Polish co-exhibitors representing convention bureaux, organisers, venues and an airline. Together, we successfully conducted around 130 scheduled meetings with key hosted buyers directly at the Polish stand. Our activities extended far beyond the exhibition space – which, incidentally, was twice as large this year! We took part in the IMEX Run and co-organised an educational session with MPI during Smart Monday, highlighting our commitment to industry development and enabling us to reach an additional 80 hosted buyers from the USA. We were also proud to celebrate the success of our representatives – two Polish participants won prizes during the ICCA Reception lottery, which gave us even more reason to be pleased! A special highlight of our presence was a series of five micro-events held at our stand with Tomasz Sobańa, an extreme runner and our IMEX Ambassador,” said Aneta Książek, Head of the Poland Convention Bureau at the Polish Tourism Organisation.

“During the three days of IMEX America, we met with event organisers from all over the world and presented Poland beyond the usual travel itineraries and brochure descriptions. We talked about exceptional venues, local flavours, and distinctive ideas that make events in Poland truly unforgettable. There were also many conversations about conference planning and our state-of-the-art congress infrastructure – from boutique spaces to large convention centres that can easily compete with Europe’s top destinations. Judging by the reactions, Poland is clearly gaining recognition on the global MICE map, and that brings us great satisfaction,” said Magdalena Rembek and Maja Leśny from Bespoke DMC Poland.
