Incentive Travel Companies in Poland
Poland Convention Bureau – Polish Tourism Organisation runs the Recommendation Program for Incentive Travel Companies.
The Poland Convention Bureau coordinates the Recommendation Programme for Incentive Travel Companies (ITCs) – a strategic initiative aimed at identifying and promoting Poland’s most reliable and creative partners in the field of incentive travel and motivational events.
This programme is dedicated to companies that specialise in designing and delivering incentive experiences, motivational programmes, and tailor-made business travel solutions across Poland.
To qualify, companies must demonstrate a strong track record in servicing international clients, along with the creativity, logistical expertise, and infrastructure required to execute high-quality incentive trips.
Recommended companies are selected based on strict evaluation criteria, including professional experience, operational capabilities, financial reliability, multilingual staff, and a commitment to ethical business practices. The recommendation acts as a mark of trust and quality, helping international planners and corporate clients easily identify the most competent partners for their incentive travel needs in Poland.
Participants in the programme benefit from enhanced exposure through the Poland Convention Bureau’s international marketing channels, including presence in official publications, representation at global trade shows, and access to promotional opportunities targeting the global MICE industry.
