From 17 to 19 February 2026, Lublin will host CONNECT Aviation (Route Development Forum), one of Europe’s key aviation industry gatherings. The event brings together airlines, airports, destinations and the tourism sector around a shared goal: developing route networks and strengthening regional competitiveness. Event partners include the Polish Tourism Organisation and the Poland Convention Bureau (PCB), which has been building Poland’s image as an attractive destination for meetings and business events.
Official event partner: aviation and the meetings industry in synergy
The presence of the Poland Convention Bureau at CONNECT Aviation 2026 highlights the growing importance of cooperation between business tourism and aviation. For the MICE market, air connectivity is not merely a logistical detail, but a real factor influencing destination choice, event scale and international reach.

Panel featuring Aneta Książek: “Tourism & Aviation: Winning Partnerships for Growth”
One of the programme highlights will be the panel discussion “Tourism & Aviation: Winning Partnerships for Growth” (Wednesday, 18 February, 16:30–17:15), dedicated to effective collaboration models between destination marketing organisations, airports and airlines. The conversation will focus on partnerships, joint campaigns, route development initiatives and approaches that turn potential into measurable results.
Speakers will include, among others:
- Aneta Książek, Head of the Poland Convention Bureau, Polish Tourism Organisation
- Krzysztof Raganowicz, President of the Management Board, Local Tourism Organisation Metropolia Lublin
- representatives of the aviation and destination sectors from across Europe
This will be a space to discuss how to build connectivity that supports both leisure tourism and the meetings segment, including congresses and corporate events.
Low Sensory Zone: Well-being and focus centre stage
In response to the growing need for more inclusive event environments, CONNECT Aviation 2026 will feature a Low Sensory Zone, prepared by the Poland Convention Bureau in cooperation with the Mamy Podobnie Foundation. This calm space, with gentle lighting and minimal sensory stimuli, will allow participants to recharge and return with renewed focus.
The zone, as well as the PCB team, can be found at the stand on Level 3 of the LCK.
Recommended session: accessibility as a business opportunity
PCB also recommends attending the session devoted to accessibility as a competitive advantage for tourism and the meetings industry. The keynote “Accessibility as a Business Opportunity for the Tourism and Meeting Industry”, featuring Łukasz Wysocki (President of the Gdańsk Tourism Organisation) and Filip Wysocki, is scheduled for Thursday, 19 February, 09:30–10:00.

Lublin Conference Centre (LCK)
The 22nd edition of CONNECT Aviation will take place at the Lublin Conference Centre (LCK), a modern venue located in the city centre (ul. Artura Grottgera 2). LCK is recognised in industry rankings of meeting infrastructure. The three-day event will bring together over 800 decision-makers from the aviation sector, representing more than 65 countries.
The programme includes pre-scheduled one-to-one B2B meetings, a high-level conference and an engaging networking programme, offering exceptional opportunities to develop new air connections and strengthen international partnerships across the industry.
The detailed agenda is available on the official CONNECT Aviation website.
