Poland Convention Bureau Partners with MPI Poland Chapter on Future Professionals Mentoring Programme

The Polish Tourism Organisation has become a partner of the Future Professionals mentoring programme run by the MPI Poland Chapter. Among the 14 mentors is Jarosław Marciuk, representing the Poland Convention Bureau – the Meetings and Events Department of the Polish Tourism Organisation.

 

On 8 December 2025, the inaugural edition of the Future Professionals programme, delivered by Meeting Professionals International (MPI), will be launched at the Focus Hotel Premium Warsaw. The programme offers participants the opportunity to gain insight into the realities of working in the industry, develop business and communication skills, and build valuable professional relationships. It provides a space for ambitious, curious individuals who are ready to consciously plan their career paths in the meetings and tourism sector. The kick-off meeting will also include a special session of the Laboratorium Twórców (Eventprofs Creators Lab).

The programme is based on 14 mentors working with 14 mentees through individual 1:1 meetings tailored to the needs and goals of each participant. Mentoring is complemented by workshops, inspiring expert talks and networking within the MPI community, which brings together meetings industry professionals from around the world.

 

MPI Mentors in Poland

The mentors come from seven cities – Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, Katowice, Gliwice, Łódź and Toruń – ensuring the programme is accessible to students from across the country. This year’s experts include:

  • Monika Dymacz – Chief Experience Officer, Catalyst Poland
  • Eliza Kozica-Kamińska – owner, MICE Consulting

  • Adam Leszczyński – CEO, Project 57
  • Małgorzata Mzusik – Director of Sales and Event Organisation, Enea Stadium Poznań
  • Filip Płodzień – Director of Marketing Leisure & MICE, Warsaw Tourism Organisation – Warsaw Convention Bureau
  • Miłosz Stanisławski – President of the Management Board, Hotel.Money
  • Przemek Stawicki – General Manager Poland, Visual Europe Polska
  • Barbara Świderska – President of the Management Board, Dream Events Poland
  • Paulina Wasik – Co-owner, Hotel.Money
  • Sabrina Żymierska – Director of the Group of Congress and Event Venues, Poznań International Fair

 

Among this year’s mentors is also Jarosław Marciuk, Chief Marketing Specialist at the Polish Tourism Organisation – Poland Convention Bureau. He will share his expertise with his mentee in the areas of place marketing, marketing and communication in the MICE industry, as well as networking and building business relationships, including the effective use of Instagram and LinkedIn.

Through its involvement in the programme, the Polish Tourism Organisation supports the development of young talent, future MICE professionals and the wider tourism workforce, while also advancing its strategic objectives in the professionalisation and promotion of Polish tourism.

 

About the Future Professionals Programme

Future Professionals is a three-month mentoring programme of the MPI Poland Chapter, aimed at students of event management, tourism, hospitality and marketing. Its mission is to support young people entering the MICE sector by connecting them directly with experienced industry practitioners.

The programme enables participants to gain practical knowledge, develop professional competencies, explore different career paths and build a network of business contacts. Mentees have the opportunity to focus intensively on their development, with individual support from experienced mentors.

 

How the programme works

 

  • 14 mentors and 14 mentees – individual 1:1 meetings tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Duration: December–February – three months of focused development.
  • 1:1 meetings – held in person or online, as agreed between mentor and mentee.
  • Individual approach – each participant receives support adapted to their goals, ambitions and potential.
