1 Two Star, 6 One Stars, 1 Green Star, 21 Bib Gourmand Restaurants and 80 MICHELIN-recommended restaurants make up The MICHELIN Guide Poland 2025.

The latest edition of the renowned and globally respected MICHELIN Guide has been revealed, and with it, exciting news for Polish gastronomy. This year, hub.praga in Warsaw has been awarded its very first MICHELIN Star, bringing the capital’s total to three starred establishments. Kraków’s Bottiglieria 1881 has successfully retained its two stars for the third consecutive year, and all previously starred venues have maintained their distinctions.

For the first time in history, Wrocław has been included in the MICHELIN selection – and has immediately impressed, with three restaurants receiving the Bib Gourmand distinction. In total, 108 Polish restaurants are now featured in the guide, including 7 MICHELIN-starred establishments and 21 Bib Gourmand recipients.

This milestone is the result of a partnership between the MICHELIN Guide and the Polish Tourism Organisation. Thanks to this collaboration, MICHELIN inspectors journeyed across Poland, allowing restaurants in the country’s major cities the opportunity to showcase their culinary excellence and join the prestigious ranks of venues promising extraordinary dining experiences.

First published in 1900, the MICHELIN Guide is widely regarded as the world’s most authoritative culinary publication — a benchmark in both prestige and global recognition.

“Our cooperation with the internationally acclaimed MICHELIN Guide has once again yielded remarkable results. Today, 108 Polish restaurants hold the distinction of being recommended by this prestigious body. Poland is known for its hospitality, and cuisine plays a central role in our cultural heritage. I am deeply pleased that the high standards of Polish culinary artistry have been acknowledged on such a global platform. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all restaurateurs. As President of the Polish Tourism Organisation, I take immense pride in this achievement, which confirms that Poland is aligned with the latest global culinary trends and remains a remarkable travel destination,” said Rafał Szmytke, President of the Polish Tourism Organisation.

The strategic cooperation between the Polish Tourism Organisation and the MICHELIN Guide brings a range of benefits — from the enhancement of infrastructure and transportation to the promotion of regional culinary traditions and local food markets. It also serves to attract investment in the hospitality and restaurant industries and contributes to raising the overall standard of services offered. Perhaps most significantly, it bolsters the international prestige of Polish cities as tourist destinations, driving increased interest among foreign visitors.

Data shows a noticeable uptick in tourist arrivals in cities featured in the MICHELIN Guide, with restaurants listed in the selection experiencing an average increase in guest numbers of 30%. Similar results are anticipated in Wrocław.
