Poland is preparing for IBTM World 2026, taking place at Fira Barcelona Gran Via from 17 to 19 November 2026. The Polish Tourism Organisation – Poland Convention Bureau is organising the Polish National Stand, continuing Poland’s presence at one of the key international trade shows for the global meetings and events industry.
IBTM World 2026 is expected to bring together more than 12,000 event professionals and representatives of over 2,500 destinations, hotels, venues, technology providers and other industry suppliers from around the world. The three-day programme will combine pre-scheduled business meetings, networking, destination presentations and education.
For the 2026 edition, the Polish Tourism Organisation – Poland Convention Bureau plans a 72.25 sq m Polish National Stand, presenting Poland’s business events offer to international meeting planners and hosted buyers. The stand will bring together Polish destinations and convention bureaux, PCOs, DMCs and incentive travel organisers, as well as congress venues, conference facilities and hotels.
Recruitment of Polish meetings industry partners interested in joining the national stand is currently under way, with applications open until 14 September 2026 at 12:00.
