The Polish Tourism Organisation – Poland Convention Bureau invites representatives of the Polish MICE industry to take part in IMEX America 2025, which will be held from 7–9 October 2025 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. This will mark the eleventh time that Poland is showcased at IMEX America with the Polish National Stand.
This year, the Polish Tourism Organisation (PTO) is planning to accommodate a maximum of 5 exhibitors (+ PCB POT) at IMEX America, including: convention bureaux, professional congress organisers (PCOs) / destination management companies (DMCs), congress venues, and an airline.

IMEX America 2024 Statistics
IMEX America 2024 attracted 15,800 participants, including over 5,500 buyers, of which 4,300 were hosted buyers. With 400 exhibition stands at the Mandalay Bay Convention Centre, the event reinforced its position as the leading global MICE trade fair. Last year’s edition not only confirmed the significance of IMEX America but also pointed to key directions in which the industry is heading.
The spotlight is increasingly on values such as inclusivity, sustainability, adoption of new technologies, focus on wellbeing, and the growing importance of sports-related events.
