The MICE Expo, a trade fair dedicated to the events and business tourism industry, will take place on November 6 at the PreZero Arena in Gliwice. The event is officially partnered by the Polish Tourism Organisation – Poland Convention Bureau. This new initiative in the Silesian region is aimed at meeting planners, event service providers, representatives of conference centres and hotels, incentive travel agencies, as well as corporate and institutional clients.
The organisers of MICE Expo have set an ambitious goal: to create a platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange and inspiration that fosters real business relationships. The event will feature both an exhibition zone and an extensive educational programme with contributions from experts in areas such as incentive travel, event marketing, new technologies and sustainable development. Attendees will be invited to take part in presentations, panel discussions and workshops.
As part of the educational programme, a Poland Convention Bureau`s session of the Eventprofs Creators Lab (Laboratorium Twórców) will be held under the title “How to Use Digital Marketing in the Meetings and Events Industry.” The session will be led by Jarosław Marciuk, Chief Marketing Specialist at the Poland Convention Bureau of the Polish Tourism Organisation.
MICE Expo is a project that has been evolving over many years. The idea was to create an event that truly connects the world of creative incentive travel, modern conferences and inspiring events – from the perspective of both organisers and participants. The ambition was to build a major international event that would gradually become a key fixture in the MICE industry calendar. The venue – PreZero Arena – was chosen deliberately. It offers excellent functionality and is perfectly located at the junction of the A1 and A4 motorways, close to two major airports – Katowice and Kraków. I want MICE Expo participants to feel that they are part of something more than just a trade fair – a space for openness, inspiration and the sharing of best practices, said Agnieszka Waśko, the event’s organiser and initiator.
This event is directed at a broad group of professionals: event agency representatives, incentive travel organisers, hotel and conference centre representatives, tech companies, local authorities, and end clients seeking innovative and effective solutions for event planning.
Registration for exhibitors and participants is now open MICE Expo PreZero Arena Gliwice.
Programme details, as well as the list of partners and speakers, are being published successively on the MICE Expo website.
The Polish Tourism Organisation is one of the official partners of the event.
