On 18–19 February 2026, the Polish Tourism Organisation, together with the Poland Convention Bureau, will take part in Möten & Event 2026 in Stockholm. Hosted at Kistamässan, the Nordic region’s leading exhibition and convention venue, the trade fair is widely recognised as one of the key platforms for the MICE industry. Visit us at stand B.06 and let’s talk business – Poland has more to offer than you might expect.

Poland’s delegation will be led by Małgorzata Hudyma, Director of the Polish Tourism Organisation’s Stockholm Office (ZOPOT Stockholm), and Jarosław Marciuk, Senior Marketing Specialist at the Poland Convention Bureau. The on-site promotional programme will also be supported by Żegluga Szczecińska Turystyka Wydarzenia, represented by Leopold Korytkowski, Director of Tourism and Events, and Anna Rojek, Project Coordinator, Szczecin Convention Bureau.

Poland at Möten & Event at Kistamässan Stockholm

PCB’s presence in Stockholm is designed to accelerate business development across Sweden and the wider Nordic region through high-value, pre-arranged and walk-up meetings with decision-makers from corporates, event agencies and incentive houses. The objective is clear: to strengthen Poland’s positioning as a competitive, well-connected and delivery-ready destination for international business events.

Engagement at the trade fair will focus on:

  • showcasing Poland’s portfolio of destinations, venues and convention infrastructure across cities and regions,
  • mapping organiser requirements in the Nordic markets, including expectations around service quality, accessibility and supplier capability,
  • building relationships and commercial momentum that can translate into confirmed bids and bookings in subsequent planning cycles.

Spotlight on Szczecin: GDS-Forum & Impact Day 2026 and sustainability leadership

A key narrative within Poland’s Stockholm programme will be the promotion of GDS-Forum & Impact Day 2026, which will take place in Szczecin on 16–18 June 2026. As the first Polish host city of this global event, Szczecin will welcome leading voices shaping the future of sustainable tourism, regenerative destination strategy and responsible destination development.

Targeting Sweden and the wider Scandinavian market is strategically aligned with this message: Nordic destinations are widely recognised for setting benchmarks in sustainable meetings and impact-led event design. Möten & Event therefore provides an excellent opportunity to demonstrate that Polish cities and regions are progressing decisively, strengthening sustainability practices and developing offers that align with evolving buyer expectations, including ESG-driven requirements.
