From 10 to 14 September 2025, Gdańsk and Sopot will become the hub of the international meetings industry as they host the fourth edition of Spotlight on Poland. This flagship event is organised by the Polish Conference and Congress Association (SKKP) and the Polish Tourism Organisation -Poland Convention Bureau, in partnership with LOT Polish Airlines, the Gdańsk Tourist Organisation, and the Sopot Tourist Organisation. Once again, Spotlight on Poland 2025 will combine a business conference with a hosted buyers programme.
This year’s edition will be held under the theme “People, Place, Purpose”, focusing on the challenges and opportunities related to DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) as well as the responsible and sustainable growth of business tourism.
Conference: 12 September 2025, Hotel Haffner Resort & SPA, Sopot
The highlight of the event will be the industry conference taking place on 12 September at Hotel Haffner Resort & SPA in Sopot. The programme will address key challenges and trends shaping the meetings and events industry, such as inclusivity, diversity, employee well-being, and sustainability in event design and execution.

Participants will explore the conference and incentive infrastructure in Gdańsk and Sopot, connect with local MICE suppliers, and experience the distinctive character of the Pomeranian region.
The programme aims to showcase Gdańsk, Sopot and Poland as a competitive and appealing destination for international business events.
