Once again, Poland will participate in one of the most important events in the global meetings industry – IMEX Frankfurt, which will take place from 20 to 22 May 2025 at Messe Frankfurt. The Polish National Stand is being organised by the Poland Convention Bureau of the Polish Tourism Organisation.
This year in Frankfurt, Poland will be represented by a diverse and robust delegation of DMCs, congress centres, conference hotels, convention bureaux, and the national carrier – LOT Polish Airlines. The special partner for this edition is the Wieliczka Salt Mine.

IMEX Frankfurt 2024 – Key Figures
The previous edition of IMEX Frankfurt attracted 12,000 participants. A total of 63,000 pre-scheduled business meetings took place. The event was attended by 4,200 hosted buyers and 179 media representatives from 22 countries. In total, 3,100 exhibitors from 150 countries showcased their offers.
