As the meetings and events industry continues to evolve, data-driven insights remain crucial for shaping market strategies and reinforcing Poland’s position as a competitive MICE destination. At the start of each year, Poland Convention Bureau POT, in collaboration with municipal and regional Convention Bureaux, conducts an extensive data collection process for the Poland Meetings & Events Industry Report. The report provides a comprehensive analysis of market trends, economic impact, and key developments shaping the Polish MICE sector.
Accurate and up-to-date statistical data are essential for destination marketing, business intelligence, and strategic planning. By integrating industry stakeholders and leveraging data-driven insights, Polish cities and regions can enhance their competitive positioning and attract high-value business events. The data collected for 2024 will offer valuable benchmarks, highlighting the role of hybrid and virtual meetings, shifts in corporate event strategies, and the overall market recovery trajectory.
The data is being collected for the 16th edition of the Poland Meetings & Events Industry Report, with a submission deadline of February 10, 2025, by the end of the day.
