For many years, the Poland Convention Bureau of the Polish Tourism Organisation (POT) has cooperated with the SITE Poland, supporting the development and promotion of Poland as an attractive destination for incentive travel. The tenth anniversary of the Association’s activity, celebrated in 2025, together with the meeting Let’s Fly Together – the Future is Ours, held on 12 January 2026, provided an opportunity to summarise the results of this long-standing cooperation and to highlight the role of SITE Poland in the professionalisation of the incentive travel market in Poland.
The evening was attended by Magdalena Krucz, President of the Polish Tourism Organisation, who expressed her appreciation for the overall cooperation with SITE Poland.
In addition, Aneta Książek, Head of the Poland Convention Bureau, was honoured with the title of SITE Poland Ambassador.

Fruiful collaboration
Since its establishment in 2015, the SITE Poland- Society for Incentive Travel Excellence has remained the only organisation in the country to address incentive travel in a comprehensive and systematic manner. Incentive travel, as a tool for building engagement, loyalty and integration among employees, business partners and clients, plays a significant role in corporate motivation strategies, offering programmes of a unique and innovative character.
The long-term cooperation between the Poland Convention Bureau and the SITE Poland Association has been implemented through projects of strategic importance to the MICE sector, including:
- Destination Poland
- Responsible Incentive Travel Day
- Destination Poland Green Academy

These initiatives contribute to raising industry competencies, fostering knowledge exchange and strengthening Poland’s international image as a modern, responsible destination aligned with the principles of sustainable development. They also serve as effective tools for promoting the potential of the Polish incentive travel sector on international markets.
Of particular importance are the initiatives carried out within the international SITE Global project “Our Impact on People, Society and the Planet”, including:
- co-organisation of two editions of Destination Poland Green Academy in 2025, held in Bydgoszcz and Kielce
- organisation of the Responsible Incentive Travel Day conference, promoting Poland as a sustainable destination
- the GREEN TALKS series of original interviews and the Ladies in Green initiative, supporting the role of women in the development of responsible tourism
- the development and launch of the Manifesto of Good Practice

About the SITE Poland
Members of the SITE Poland are specialised organisers of corporate incentive travel, as well as industry practitioners and educators. Their activities include, among others, the organisation of a nationwide industry conference dedicated to incentive travel, numerous educational initiatives addressed to clients, conference venues, tourist attractions, as well as cities and regions, and the development of an original Manifesto serving as a decalogue of good practice in incentive travel organisation. Particular recognition is due to the Association’s consistent focus on sustainable incentive travel and responsible tourism.
The mission of the Association is to inspire MICE market stakeholders to consciously design sustainable incentive programmes, meetings and conferences, and to select destinations that meet ESG requirements. These objectives are pursued through the organisation of industry events, workshops and debates dedicated to responsible tourism and sustainable development.
The SITE Poland Association actively participates as an industry partner in key initiatives undertaken to support the development of business tourism in Poland. It possesses expert resources, knowledge and experience enabling the implementation of projects on both national and international scales, as evidenced by awards received at the international level, including the SITE Chapter Excellence Awards 2020 in the Excellence in Sustainability category.
The achievement of the SITE Global Sustainability Certification, preceded by a multi-year application process, represents an important milestone in the further development of the Association and confirms the consistent implementation of its strategic objectives. The plans to resubmit the Destination Poland Green Academy 2025–2026 project to the SITE Chapter Excellence Awards competition in 2026 have also been positively received.
