Poland will make its first official appearance at Convening EMEA 2025, taking place from 14–16 October in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The event is the flagship annual meeting of PCMA EMEA, bringing together hundreds of international leaders and decision-makers from the meetings and events industry for three days of knowledge exchange, networking, and collaboration.
As a Tier 3 Destination Partner, the Poland Convention Bureau – a department of the Polish Tourism Organisation – will showcase Poland as a growing force in the global business events landscape. PolandCVB acts as the national body responsible for promoting Poland as a meetings and congress destination, supporting international planners with venue recommendations, supplier contacts, and insights into Poland’s diverse regions. Its mission is to build Poland’s visibility on the world stage and to strengthen the competitiveness of the country’s MICE sector.
