Poland Brings Inspiration and Industry Leaders to IMEX America 2025

IMEX America 2025 – one of the most important trade shows for the global meetings and events industry – begins in just a month in Las Vegas. From 7–9 October, the Poland Convention Bureau will once again coordinate the national stand E1726 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, bringing together a strong group of Polish partners ready to showcase premier destinations and services for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events.

The Poland Convention Bureau (POT), in close cooperation with the PTO office in Chicago, supports Polish industry partners in connecting with international buyers and building valuable business relationships.

On Monday, 6 October, representatives from Poland will actively participate in Best of Europe, a networking event at IMEX America, organised by Meetings Professionals International (MPI), during Smart Monday – the dedicated education and networking day held before the official opening of the trade show.

The event is designed to connect U.S. meeting planners with leading European destinations, venues, and organisers. Poland has been a regular participant, often showcasing its national stand together with convention bureaux, DMCs, and other partners during IMEX America.

One of the highlights of this year’s Polish programme will be Tomek Sobania – Poland’s very own “Forrest Gump” and an inspiring long-distance runner. Together, we will discover why Poland is More than you expected – a country of history, resilience, and unforgettable experiences.
