IMEX Frankfurt is one of the premier global events in the meetings industry, drawing participants from around the world each year. Poland will once again be represented at this year’s edition, taking place at Messe Frankfurt from May 14-16, 2024. Representatives of the Polish meetings industry are invited to submit their applications for participation by March 7, 2024. The coordination of the Polish National Stand is managed by the Polish Tourism Organisation -Poland Convention Bureau.

In 2023, the IMEX Frankfurt trade fair saw the participation of 2,900 individuals representing exhibitors from 150 countries, along with 3,059 hosted buyers (2,268 in 2022) from 84 countries.

Poland at the Frankfurt Trade Fair in 2024
This year, the Polish Tourism Organisation plans to participate with a stationary stand at the IMEX 2024 trade fair in Frankfurt, accommodating a maximum of 15 exhibitors within 11 modules with counters and 4 meeting tables allocated according to the following criteria:
- 6 spots for urban and regional Convention Bureaux
- 3 spots for transportation (e.g., PLL LOT) and congress/hotel facilities offering services for the MICE sector
- 6 spots for professional organisers – PCO or DMC
This division is conditioned both by the available space and the audit of meetings held at the PSN in previous years (total confirmed meetings). Each exhibitor is entitled to 1 trade fair profile with 1 meeting calendar.
How to Become an Exhibitor at the Polish Stand at IMEX24
The first step to register for the event is to familiarise oneself with the document “Participation Rules for Polish National Stands” organised at international tourism and meetings industry fairs as of December 1, 2023. Then, fill out and submit the preliminary application form.
Based on the received applications, the Polish Tourism Organisation will assess the participation criteria of the exhibitors and subsequently prepare the appropriate participation agreement for IMEX 2024. Exhibitors who do not meet the required participation conditions or do not gain entry due to space constraints will be notified of this fact in writing, via email.
