On 20 October 2025, the Event Hall at Fabryka Norblina in Warsaw will host one of Poland’s most significant events dedicated to the meetings and events industry – the Event Biznes – Nowe Horyzonty 2025 conference. The Polish Tourism Organisation (Polska Organizacja Turystyczna, POT) has been announced as an official partner of the event.
Organised by the Event Industry Association (Stowarzyszenie Branży Eventowej – SBE), the conference invites professionals from the event industry, public and local government institutions, as well as communication, marketing, and HR specialists to participate in this key industry gathering in Poland’s capital. As a well-established, recurring event, the conference serves as a vital platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and integration within the MICE community. This year’s edition will focus on emerging trends, challenges, and the future of event development in Poland.

Thematic Workshop: “Bees, Wellbeing and Ecology – Natural Value in the World of Events”
Alongside the main sessions, participants will have the opportunity to join a sensory workshop, offering hands-on interaction with nature. Activities will include crafting beeswax candles, making wax wraps, and tasting natural honey. This unique session combines education, relaxation, and a sustainable approach to event organisation.
