Gdańsk and Sopot, May 7–9, 2025 – Three intensive days, over a dozen venues, dozens of international guests, and one shared message: Poland has everything it takes to compete in the global meetings and events market. The spring edition of Let’s Meet 2025 is now behind us — an event organized by the Gdańsk Tourism Organization – Gdańsk Convention Bureau, with the support of the Polish Tourism Organisation – Poland Convention Bureau.
The goal of Let’s Meet 2025 was not only to showcase the infrastructure and potential of Gdansk and Sopot but, above all, to create the conditions for directly experiencing Poland’s MICE offer in practice. Hosted buyers and industry representatives from key European markets arrived in Gdańsk to explore both the soulful city and the seaside elegance of Sopot — a destination that seamlessly combines modernity, heritage, and hospitality.
Day 1: Industrial elegance and a taste of history
The first day was all about introductions and first impressions. Upon arrival, participants joined a guided city tour of Gdańsk with local experts, experiencing the city through authentic stories and using the Gdańsk Tourist Card.
The evening highlight was a welcome drink at Imperial Dock – a post-industrial venue referencing the city’s shipyard legacy, arranged in collaboration with JOYevent.pl. Guests also enjoyed a luxury boat cruise with Premium Yachting, followed by a dinner at the historic Piwnica Rajców, where local specialities were served in a space rich in heritage and ambience.
Day 2: Active, creative, and with a flair for networking
The second day started with breakfast at Radisson Blu Gdańsk, followed by a bike tour around the city with Poland by Locals – an alternative and sustainable way to explore the hidden gems of Gdańsk.
After lunch at the modern Radisson Hotel & Suites, the group moved to the creative venue 100cznia, where a series of relaxed roundtable meetings and a networking session with Tarifa Corporate Events awaited them.
The day closed with an atmospheric dinner at Piwna47 – Food & Wine Bar, blending culinary creativity with Gdańsk-style hospitality.
Day 3: A new backdrop – time for Sopot
The final day offered a change of scenery as participants travelled to Sopot – a place where seaside elegance meets professional service. Guests visited the Sopot Marriott Resort & Spa (including a mini spa experience), as well as the Sheraton Sopot Hotel, where a closing lunch was served.
Facility tours, business presentations, and final networking took place in a calm and relaxed setting – a perfect contrast to the dynamic previous days.
