IMEX Frankfurt remains a cornerstone event within the global meetings and events industry, attracting professionals from across the world. Poland will once again showcase its MICE sector at the 2025 edition, which will take place at Messe Frankfurt from 20–22 May. Industry stakeholders from Poland are invited to apply for participation by 14 March 2025, with the process being coordinated by the Polish Tourism Organisation – Poland Convention Bureau.
A Premier Platform for Business Growth
Trade shows are among the most effective B2B marketing tools, and IMEX Frankfurt has been one of Europe’s two leading MICE exhibitions for over 20 years. It provides a dynamic environment for industry professionals to showcase their offerings, promote destinations, and establish high-value business connections that drive future events.
Participation Framework & Stand Allocation
IMEX 2025 in Frankfurt, the Polish National Stand will accommodate exhibitors based on the following structure:
- 13 branded counter modules
- 2 additional meeting tables (subject to demand)
These spaces will be allocated as follows:
- 5 slots for city and regional convention bureaux
- 5 slots for PCOs and DMCs
- 3 slots for transport providers (e.g., LOT Polish Airlines) and congress/hotel venues with MICE services/products
This distribution is based on the supply chain dynamics of the meetings industry and an audit of confirmed meetings from previous years’ Polish National Stands. Notably, primary-choice destinations and PCOs/DMCs generate the highest number of appointments.
Each exhibitor is entitled to one trade fair profile with a single meeting schedule. Additional info on our Polish website: Akwizycja na Polskie Stoisko Narodowe na targach IMEX Frankfurt 2025.
